Plant in soil grow, flowering. Nearly all the leaves are turning yellow/white and brittle/dry. Many others are curling up. The leaves that are turning white still have green veins. Any ideas guys? ladies?

Would it make any difference to have a fan running at night during flowering? I have a tabletop fan running during the day, mostly to blow my CO2 (from yeast bottle) toward the plant. Since there is no photosynthesis at night, would it do anything?

If the top of my plant is further along in flowering than the bottom portion (a couple weeks of improper lighting), could I begin to harvest the top of the plant (at its' proper time), and allow the rest of the plant to continue to flower?

Background: My girl is in about the 6th week of flowering. Bud growth has been slow, but my light situation has been lacking. Currently, I have (3) 23W CFLs, and (1) 13W CFL for a total of 5700 lumens. I ordered (2) 42W CFLs from 1000bulbs.com last week and should be here soon. At that point...
