Anyone have more information on these? My hydro store guy is suggesting it over hydroton for the ebb and grow I'm about to start, and I think that I'm going to use them. They are about half the price of hydroton and supposedly 10x easier to clean.

What do you start these girls in? Rockwool or something like an EZ-Cloner so there isn't another medium other than the clay balls? And do you start them in the Ebb and Gro right away or start them in a propagation tray or something?
