would a 150 watt hps with 2 125watt cfls and 4 42watt (mixed light cfls) be good enough for 6 plant or more?

im getting a dark room 100 (1mx1mx2m) I and using cfls for veging i was told that cfls suck for flowering so what 250watt should i use for flowering

what should i use for flowering then?

so i have a total of 41000 Lumens 670 watts is that practical with cfls or should i just roll a HPS?
