well to answer the first question, yes, you are setting them up to be hermie, DEPENDIN ON THE STRAINS STRESS LEVELS. and the second question, depending on your strain at 4 weeks you dont want to have much more veg. time, so get them on 18/6 asap then 12/12 in atleast 1 week.

you are wasting your time man. fan leaves will not root. sorry to burst your bubble, but it would be a waste of rooting hormone, possibly mess up your soil if you put the hormone in it.

bongsmilieyou should be fine. my first grow i removed alot of my fan leaves as well. but there is a downside. cannabis like most plants uses the stomata(leaves) to take in energy(light,c02, ect.) so removing all the fan leaves wont hurt it too much but it will slightly slow the growing.

it should be fine as long as you wait for the soil to completely dry out before repotting with new mix. it will make the transplanting alot easier, and will alow the different soils to mix properly during first watering.

they are almost equal in heat output. it has to be your ventalation, 110 is extremely hot, get some fans running to stablize the temp. and humidity in the cab. open it a few extra times a day, and after seedling stage try giving your plants a little dark time, like 20-4 or 18-6 bongsmilie
