Hey, I know difference between the High Pressure Sodium and Low Pressure Sodium bulbs ( different wavelengths, size etc) But do they have the same ballast?? transformer, igniter, and capacitors?? Could i use a 250w HPS bulb with a ballast from a 250w LPS??? Thanks in advance :)

Hey, I'm just wondering how long i have to veg after i've planted my seeds before i can start flowering. I know tht about 6 nodes is fine (i want them small) .... but is this for seedlings or clones?? Sorry if its a dumb question but i would realli appreciate any help.
