Alright so I looked it up. Yall are all correct, I was incorrect. When I learn or think I learn something that has no effect on grow outcome like terms I dont take the time to ever properly research. I was under the impression scrog was just a alternative term for a trellis net. The beginner's I...

Okay if yall say so as mentioned that term came about by new buddies many years ago. However you've came to use that term now is how that term is accepted. Yea hard to change opinions when you've been taught a certain way

One or 2 plants isn't scrog lmao yall just Cuz you use a trellis net doesn't mean you're using the scog method you're just using a trellis. Scrog would be more like 9 3 gallon pots in a 3x3 short veg not 2 months or over. Reason for scrog is a short veg many plants cover larger area faster.

You may need a better light 2 and a half ounces is very minimal you should be pulling 4oz minimum from a auto. I'd look into that before wasting 6 months on a photo grow for 5oz.

Weird puff of smoke when I crack open a bud

Did nobody tell him to bud wash? That would have killed any mold or mildew and would have left a film ontop of water if there was any mold or mildew. Theres alot of posts didn't read them all hopefully someone responded with that.

dr. Bonner's peppermint soap mix one tablespoon with one gallon of water. I'll use a hand held sprayer. Soak plant top to bottom front to back. The soap will kill bugs if drenched the peppermint is a bug repellent. Can't say it's 100% effective as a repellent however I can tell a difference...

Grew those last January and feburary they only got 8 to 10 hrs of light down to 36°F. Plus I grow 8 to 12 at a time normally. You lose a pound for like every 5 autos grown over photos. Plants cant go over fence so I'll grow them low autos outside and use tents for photos. They usually pull...

    How long Do you veg

Until plants cover wall to wall in space When they flower they will stretch up not out. After stretch they stop growing up and produce buds. Length of time depends on grow space and plant count, Pot size used, growth rate lots of variables. Starting in pots smaller than solos ending in 5 or 7...

Theres different ones the one you linked reads liquids not soil itself you can do a slurry test with a scoop of soil in a cup of water let it sit for a bit before checking. Or get a runoff reading using the one linked This one is made to stick directly into soil

    I'm in a bit of a bind..

As I and others have mentioned growing organically you dont need to ph. Using liquid food or water soluble food isn't growing organically. Only ph meters for liquids or soil i use are blue lab, I cant recommend another brand that I haven't used. As mentioned above transplanting into new soil...
