    when would you suggest to do that and what would be the steps? Is it like: 1. Put the seeds into water for 18h 2. Take them out and put on a paper towel for 2-3days 3. Take the sprouted seed and plant into neoprene pucks?

    Thank you for your replies guys! Since we grow it from the seeds, we need some medium for the rooting. Later after the plants are ready, we cut the plugs and use the neoprene. So far this is what we have learned ourselves, if you guys have some ideas, how to improve the first step, I am all ears :)

    Yes they do, but too many of them died in the process already, I know it can be due to stress and also there is some root rot visible. I think it is because of Rockwool, we always had some stories with it. I think easy plug are much better to grow. 18C is the temp of water, the room is about...
