With the legality of hemp seed sales, has anyone established a forum for growers to buy and sell seeds to each other (not through a bank)? Like eBay, but "Seed-bay." I seem to buy more than I can grow out. While I understand prohibition against other kinds of sales, aren't seeds an exception?

Three photos here. Healthy plant with pencil. Same strain, but another seedling has some oddly shaped leaves, the nodes are not opposite, and they only branch along one axis. Space is limited. Does this like a definite discard?

About five weeks from seed, in Coastal Maine Grower's Mix with LED's. This is the only one of five to bud yet, but that's a strange looking bud. Plant is 6" tall. I'm thinking "regular autoflower" means my first bud is a male, and I've been growing feminized for so long, it looks really strange...
