Heres my girl that was in veggie for 2 weeks and is now 5 weeks into flowering. Any estimates on time till harvest or crop size?

I know this is going to be damn near impossible to do without me posting pictures but im currently not able to get any onto the computer and I need help because im afraid two of my plants are males. My plants are 2 weeks in to flowering, two of them are 7 weeks old now and one is 5 weeks old...

So right now i have a box thats 3'x2.4'x1' and i plan on growing 3 plants in it. I currently have 4 23 watt CFL's along with intake and fan out and am going to be using fox farms soil/nutes all the way. Now im really thinking im going to need some more lights to get any kind of decent yield...
