Does anyone have any experience with Noids 3 in 1 - decarboxylator, infusion, and extraction?

The title say it all. I have made canna caps both ways and didn't find any difference in potency. I understand why it's used in gummies and candies, and such........but fail to see the need for infused coconut oil caps. I appreciate any input from others.

I accidentally over dried some buds.........45% humidity and crumbly. I don't smoke it so I'm not concerned about the plant matter........I make canna oil caps. I'm wondering if the bud needs to be decarbed before infusion? Or is it already decarbed because of the over drying? Thanks.
