I'm designing my DWC system and have been thinking about the water temp. Since the air pump will be constantly pumping in to the water, then wouldn't it help to maintain temps if the air pump was pumping in "cold" air?? I would think it would have to help, maybe in some cases handle it...

Is it ever a good idea to cut fan leaves? I am LST'ing and if I could only cut one big fan leaf off it would get me a lot of light to a spot where I have very little light. I have tried to move it out of the way but cant get it over far enough to let the light hit where I want without tucking...

The grow box I made is 18" wide, 24" deep, and 54" tall. I am going to use cfl's for the grow and I am growing in soil. I have 5 seeds germinated and they are about 3 inches out of the soil now (about a week from seed). Hopefully I get at least 3 females from this but I guess I'll see what...

I'm sure this has been asked before, but, how safe is using this forum? People talking about growing and posting pics and all that. Isn't anyone afraid you will get tracked and busted? Don't get me wrong I would love to grow and post pics and talk but I'm a little leary.

Is there a difference in seeds that are a different size? I noticed that while most of the seeds are the same size, there are some that are smaller or larger than the rest. Is this nothing? Does it mean anything when it comes to germinating? BTW: First post, learning a lot here!
