its been over 5 days now and there is basically no signs of germination in my jars is this a bad thing, or might it take over 5 days to do it?

so i check one of my plants and find that mushrooms are growing next to them im not to worried about it, but would this be potentially harmful at all? and how the hell did mushrooms get in that pot when it is inside all day? i just thought this was pretty funny/weird...

so im about ready to start everything but im wonder if i can use househeld cleaners like windex also it turns out i dont have a pressure cooker, i know you can sanitize everything another way but i cant seem to find it anybody have a link or advice?
