hey RIU- first time grower, made a mistake by having the water level too close to the plastic cup (pretty much soaked the rockwool) what should i do? Leaves are curling down and turning yellow, these are about a week old clones...also, i didnt put any hydroton on the bottom of the cup because...

plants are clones, approx. 2 weeks old. i dont have a ppm meter, I was planning to start out very light, maybe 1/4 as suggested. I wanted to know if there was anything i needed to mix with to go hydro?
