the glass dome actually got pretty hot as well, not as hot as the bulb though, i was moving some pots around and acccidentally burned myself on the bulb, hurt like a bitch haha.

a fan on a 150w is plenty enough. ive got it running right now and temps are perfect.

haha oh man. yeah but id say when they get to be about 6 inches I'd add them, to really help with the flowering.

you can use the hps the whole time, since they start flowering automatically. I've got mine running and some CFLs as well. As for the HPS it can be close as long as it doesnt burn the leaves. Mines at about 5 inches.
