Well, personally, I tend to manicure a little before drying, then I hang it upside down if it's sativa with some of the little thuc leaves still on. They then dry around the buds like little cups. In all honesty, great hash comes from these little guys too. It's a trimmer preference thing...

You should be ok IF you're sure there will be no rain and IF you got rid of most of the shit. Make sure you dry and cure carefully and well bro.

Haha, ok that is sneaky as hell, but here I am replying. As long as temperature allows, you should let her keep going. I think you'll only get another two weeks at most out of your weather though. I'm not in MN so I can't tell you for sure.
