I was going to ask how much water is being used... but already answered. Are you measuring your nutes mix with the water prior to dumping into your res? Plus, I can almost gaurentee that 2 strains in a single hydro system will be harder that a single strain in your system.

I think you would be better off with the 1/2" foam sheets. The work well plus they insulate your veg room. I think that you may be able to save money by using 2" drywall screws instead of the bolts, depends on the total cost obviously.
