Is that meters or feet? If feet, thats a dang small box. 400W should be sealed and cooled with the air outside of the box. The box will still heat up from radiated heat. So you will need to vent the box also. Could put in a switch/sensor that if the lamp fan fails, it kills the light.

Best way would be to get a 120VAC fan of teh same size, then add in a 12VDC power supply
