I need to know how to install fans in the side I have seen people use computer fans but I need to know what to use for a power source and how to control their speeds.

I am using clf lights so I dont think the heat will be a problem and I can mount fans in the cardboard easy. Also I am going to paint the inside with the most reflective white water proof paint I can find. (the cardboard stays)

the ph of my soil was 7+ so I added a little vinegar to the water when I feed them and put drops of vineger directly on the soil this morning when I got up two plants died and some others have yellow spots what should I do?? Please help
