Sensi's quality is very good, even in their lower priced strains. I've grown their Hindu Kush, California Indica, and Super Skunk, and these are $45 to $55 seeds.

I used the AG with a 150W HPS, a small fan to blow over the tops, and Foxfarm nutes. I don't remember my exact yield, but it was about 0.75 oz per plant running 2 plants. I've had better success with soil, so I haven't gone back, but maybe the AG will work for you. It's totally doable.:joint:

Two things: first, get those lights closer to the plants. CFLs don't penetrate very far, but they don't put off much heat, so you can get them literally a couple of inches away from the buds for maximum illumination. Second, I don't know about flowering times for autos, but maybe the 9-10 weeks...

I did a couple of grows with the aerogarden a while back. It was with the regular version, not the pro, but I ran the pump continuously with no root rot problems. I also used the Foxfarm nutes, and the reason the roots turn brown is from the Big Bloom. I also found that water at ph 6.5 is best...

Agreed, I personally prefer WW to HP because of the more complex high. To the OP: what is your priority? A frosty appearance, knockout stone, high THC, all of the above :confused:? Trichs ain't everything, you know. :joint:

Hash plant and its derivatives are also good for big trichs. In my limited experience with these strains, white widow has many smallish trichs that gives the leaves and buds a carpeted effect. HP has bigger, fatter trichs that (as the name implies) are easy to collect and press into hash.

I'll throw in my 2c as I've been fighting these buggers for my past two grows. I'm fairly certain they come from the soil. After my last grow, where the gnats were relentless, I cleaned out my grow space and waited over a month to start the next batch of plants. No gnats were seen anywhere...

Does anyone know a good northern lights that won't break the bank. Sensi's is way overpriced. Nirvana's is cheap, but I'm skeptical about its quality. Also, any other similar indicas at value prices would be good too.
