Yes, you can get a box fan for $15. But a box fan isn't a very good choice for mounting in a cabinet.

I'm quite certain that will not work and this is why. An ozone generator generates ozone (O3) from O2. In other words, it takes three O2 molecules and spits out two O3 molecules. It is not capable of breaking the carbon-oxygen bond (CO2) the way a plant can. That being said, if you already...

I would worry about CO (carbon monoxide). If there is not enough O2 the CO2 generator will not properly combust and you'll get poisonous CO instead of CO2 (carbon dioxide). It's the exact same thing that happens if your furnace is improperly vented.

18/6 seems to be the universally accepted lighting schedule for vegetative growth. Does anyone know why? Is there nothing to be gained from an additional six hours or is the dark "rest" period necessary like it is in mammals? Any info appreciated. Thanks!
