they are called seed mats i think and they are at any grow store or ace hardware or any place that has a nice nursery supply area they are the exact size of the grow trays heres a couple pics i just went out and snapped

they root quicker and causes humidity which they like and thats the proper method when using tray and dome. its made to b used for that
