well , you already had your water tested so you know you've got plenty calcium and magnesium.......650 is freaking insane, my tap was always around 240ppm's here in southern cali.....cal-mag is only a serious issue when using reverse osmosis water....your looking good in my opinion

if you cant afford a dehumidifier on short notice you can try "damprid"......ive used it before and it works great.....just be sure to get the unscented package home depot or lowes carries it and some wal-marts
