if you want it stealthy i would suggest putting somthing on the otehr side of that speakers mesh, get a cheap peace of wood or somthing

why dont u just take down the mylar and replace it with somthing like white poster board, mylar is VERY good at keeping heat in, the white poster board with have enough reflection for the plant, that fan so close to that little plant may stress it out.

if you have that much space i would suggest not using cfls, but if u really want to i saw a pretty good grow with 20. i would go with about 25 to be honest tho
