yeah im very new to all this ..ive been growing outdoors for years now so its all a bit confusing just chatting to the guys at timber and they recommended 2 of the lights below i know its probably way cheaper making your own but id much rather just pay my money and get them delivered how...

if cost was not an issue.. is there any led lights on the market that can match a 1000 Watt hps I'd rather go with led for the obvious reasons.. lower running costs.. less heat etc.. but is there anything on the market that can match a 1000wat hps.. I'm not to bothered about the initial layout...

cheers for that ..yeah i didnt realise how cheap you can get the dimmable ballasts for ..i think 2 1000 watt dim able is the way to go ..at least that way ive got full light coverage and the option of upping the wattage if i need to

just purchased the tent in the picture cant decide on what lights ill need to get full coverage im hoping to grow 8 plants im thinking my options are 1 x 1000 watt dim-able hps 1 x 600 hps 2 x 400 hps i would just go with a 600 but with the tent been so long im worried it wont quite...

yeah thats the only thing thats been putting me off bringing them down ..ive used a good bit of bat guano that contains a small amount of nitrogen so im thinking thats the reason it isnt fading out ..like you say tho if its ready its ready ..i wont let the fade worry to much and ill bring it...

got a purple kush auto growing outdoors ..been growing fully organic in soil ..cant decide weather to harvest now or give it another week ..i dont seem to be getting any fade in the leaves but to me the buds look pretty much ready to chop so im just after a few opinions on weather to bring it...

[ thanks for that mate ive just ordered some of them too along with some of the blue sticky fly traps ..so my plan is to spray them with provada bug killer first ...wait 2 weeks then release the thrip predators and place the fly traps around the base of my plants ..if thats doesnt work i dont...

nice one yeah im pretty certain there thripes ..i grow outdoor ya see ..so obviously controlling pests is a nightmare ..ill get some stick strips ordered today then and see if that helps along with the bug spray

thanks for the replies everyone ..yeah i thought they kinda look like thripes ..ive just ordered some provado ultimate fruit & vegetable bug killer..its made for fruit and veg and only lasts 2 weeks so am i right in thinking this will do the job ? im in the uk so ill struggle getting any...
