400w can be 30,000 to 50,000 lumens depending on bulbs. So many types.

It won't hurt to leave the leaves. Cut them when the plant is bigger.

It looks like your about foot and half from tops should be fine for 250w. Not sure about using light that isn't right size as ballast. Seems like it is too strong for that bulb. May not make any difference.

What watt are you using? I does kind of look light heat burn.

You want 18 to 24 hr for veg. If your worried about your lights not being safe to leave on while gone, rethink your setup. If not leave on atleast 18hr. Goodluck with grow.

When you put in the heater make sure it doesn't blow dirrectly on plants it will dry them out. You do need heat for sure. Look into reptile heat pad it may be better if your in small area. Good luck.

I know a couple people who pick alittle early to get more of a head high. They call it daytime smoke and the night time they let go. So less then half they pick early. for personal. day smoke. :twisted:
