Their both great,but outdoor is easier for me at least.Outdoors easily produces 6 foot++ plants.

Well it all depends.What is your outside temp at 8am compared to 11am?????I dont know exactly where toledo is in the state of ohio,but if your farther south in the state you might be able to get away w/it.I live in jersey & right now at noon my temp is is 47 degrees at 8 it was 34f thats too...
