sounds fine, u usually can tell when the stem is about to break. I tie it down just before the stem breaks and its never been a problem for me.

i dont see it really affecting the plants, although hermies may occur if the light hits the plants. I hope that the garage isnt near any neighbors. One constant light leak can arouse a lot of interest.

overwatering would be my guess, does that pot drain as well as the others? or is it in a spot in you setup that might not get as much air circulation?

btw, if the leaves that are falling off were the first 2 leaves u ever saw, its completely normal. THey are called cotyledons and are only used to gather nutrients for the embyro, they always die after a set of true leaves has developed. but still get more light, 23w will grow your plant only...

everyones feeding is unique, u just have to figure out what your plants can handle before being burnt up. The feeding schedules fox farm gives u is a good guideline, i would start there and if u want to increase, do so incrementally.
