Bags can disrupt the soil because they are not fixed like pots. Bags can rip as well. pots are heavy and can get hot in the sun iof you don't take care. But for your size, bags will be ok, especially if you don't move them.

I see a lot of seeds that say 6-8 weeks and actually I have some flwoering plants that just hit 6 weeks toiday and they are chunky, chunkier than some have at 8 weeks flowering

Just wondering in general who actually harvests before 7 weeks. If you do or have, then please explain why if full ripeness was not the reason.

They'll show up. The hairs are probably that color for genetic reasons, but I'll be they ain't all dead or dyin'. 3 week is nothing. Just relax, especially if she looks healthy.
