Hello yellow/brown spots have begun to appear on some of the leaves. It feels like they are hardening and crusting off. I have done pretty light nutes any help would be great, thanks!

Hello, the some of the mid level fan leaves started develop brown spotting which turned into what looks like some of the leaves drying out and turning brownish. Check out the pics. I thought it might have been the nutes, started using bottled water only the last week+. Over watering? The bottom fan leaves have all turned yellow and are beginning to die or already have. The mid fan leaves are starting to get a bit of yellow on the tips. Any thoughts?
