yer its a 20 watt = to 125 watt would that be ok?

i've got a slimline light fitting and bulb, its a 3400k bulb i was just curious to know if that would suport a mother? or do i need to go buy a new bulb?

Repotted the plant and cut the top of the pot to let more light to the plant also wacked another fan in the box with another light, 2 light mean alot of heat in one box so i put a small fan to suck the air out and i got a bigger one pumpin the air in, the average heat in there is about 29°c and...

tin foil reflects light in different directions and also causes the leafs to burn :)

lol man, i was just scanning around the room and though what could i start them off in, its great, the box has a little peep hole at the top so you can keep and eye on your plants without even opening the box :) and they are so easy to cut and shape to how you want :), the speared leafs are...

im using miracle grow potting soil and my plants are coming out really well, have you checked your water. i make sure i use natural spring water i buy 6 litres from my local shop this way i know the waters always filtered and not very acidic :) im no expert tho, good luck with the growing though...

just come back from holiday to find one died and the other just starting to have 3 speared leafs :D that put a big smile on my face, my set up is in a old xbox 360 box with a 20w CFL = 125w light with a reflector, the plants have come out fine so far :)

get yourself a couple of fans get the air flow moving, look on ebay would be my option, if your using FL i read once that you are best using a machanical timer, i use machanical timers on my FL's, and CFL's :) good luck mate

best bet is just to look about on th seed banks, thats what i would do anyway. the 10 150w bad boys sound nice, cant wait to see the pictures of your set up. i've got my in a box atm still building my grow room. i've got 4 x 125w lights for that. going to get some more when i start to need them...

i got a old Power supply from my old computer and used that with a 12v DC power lead i found, works a treat.
