yea, they can be right above but you have to adjust lights so they dont touch leaves ever. right now is fine if you cant wait. the plants will be shocked a little either way so its up to you.

yea, for 10 seeds, if they all sprout you will need more than your two lights. i suggest get a pack of 6 26W cfls, but i think you want around 4 at this moment, thats what id do.

rule of thumb for lights, if its too hot to put your hand under it its hurting your plants.

they are interesting. my friend was absolutely going crazy after 2, but i barely felt any more than a body high, so im thinking it depends on the person a little.

yea thats perfectly fine to plant them when there is a tail you know is developed. i mean thats basically how it is in nature, right?

yea, doing that method i think it does take longer. i did it once and it was just starting to crack day 2, but they weren't long tails at all when i put them in soil. so be patient if you can haha

your mix is probably fine. i dont know the size of your pots anyways but as long as you have soil everything else should just be a bonus, not necessarily essential

so how are you germinating, i looked back but couldnt see where or if you posted it. but i did paper towel method and today was day 3 and 9 seeds germed out of 11. so i recommend germing them with the paper towels between some plates
