Looks good. But I am constantly reminded on this board that 24/0 light doesn't allow a decent amount of time for root growth. Try doing 24/0 after it starts to flower, but give it a couple hours of dark for now.

Most airstone require presoaking before setting it up on the air pump. Buy another one for a few bucks and soak it for a couple hours before hand. Use a splitter so your old one isnt wasted, just have it for comparison.

You haven't described what you are rolling with here. Some nutrients require you to create the solution in a seperate jug and then add it to the reservoir. Fill it till it meets the grow medium.
