sorry im slow, I use hydroponics so this is just info not experience but its correct. for soild you want ph from 6.5-7.0 if your ph is low you can add fine dolomite lime, 1 cup per cubic foot of soil. dolomite can never raise your ph over 7, its a ph neutral media. do not overuse this stuff. It will keep your soil at proper ph long term so use once. Hydrated lime is a faster acting fix but is short term. do not use more than .5cups per cubit foot of soil.
