hey. i'm only on my 4th brew, still an extract kit, but am assembling (and almost got it all) an all grain setup for the next batch. thats a good call, I think i'm gonna do a 2hearted all grain clone first, then see what the recipe is, and tweak it to see what different things do. either that, or a good NEIPA recipe.
