Hello to y'all. Thanks for having me here at RIU. I am new to this site, but not to the online forum format.
My love for cultivation began in the late 80's with a small but successful closet grow, under a 150 mercury vapor to HPS conversion.
By the early-mid 90's I began expanding my knowledge base into the magical world of fungi.
When I started, I was scouring the pre-internet pages of the BBS. Later becoming a member of the now long defunct Overgrow site.
A few years later (2005), I joined one of the large fungi forums. It became my online home. Within a couple years I was offered a position as a moderator.
While still a member in good standing with the community, my mod days are long past. My private life and family eventually needed top priority. As the mods here know, it can become overwhelming, time consuming, and somewhat tiring.
I've taken a break from it all the last couple years. Living life, smokin stash, and just trying to keep on keepin' on.
So.. what brings me to RIU? Well.., I feel the need.. the need.. for seed

RIU's STRAIN AND SEEDBANK reviews drew me in, and the forums just sparked a renewed interest in all things green!
I look forward to meeting good folks, learning, contributing, and helping where I can.
