Yellowing out, freaking out!

I'm in week 5 of flower, and the plants seem to have been yellowing from the bottom since the flip..
I thought it was a nitrogen deficiency, but it's so late into flower I'm not sure anymore.

Everything I do seems to make it worse..

Yellowing from bottom, then they just curl to a dead dry brown and fall off..

Buds still seem to be developing for now.. but I'm sure that won't continue much longer.

PLEASE HELP!!!

Grown in soil from seed
2 400w LED
Top dressed with vermicrop bloom
Ph at 6.4
rH at 40%-50%
Temp at 68°F-72°F

At this point, I'm thinking a flush is probably the best way to go..

The condition seems to worsen after a feeding, so theres either a toxicity issue, or a buildup / lockout situation.

I worry if I wait too long I'm shooting myself in the foot.

Recovery from issue vs recovery from flushing? At least the flush ends the problem, right?

I would say your pH is messed up could maybe be overwatering I'm assuming you are using full strength nutes if you used less than full strength nutes it's probably defecient just let her finish out now try to do better next run

I dont think it's a problem worth stressing over or trying to fix. Just continue on feeding it appropriately. Your more likely to do more harm than good by flushing or whatever else you have in mind.

Nice time just try to maintain feeding better in veg and going into flower.

It will be fine

Do not flush that will not help at this point some recharge might help it allows nutrients to work when your pH has been off I use recharge at least 3 times per grow just in case I messed something up

How much of that vermibloom did you top dress with?

If the condition worsens after feeding like you say then don't feed. Give the plant plain water. Or is that what your doing? You said you top dressed.

How much of that vermibloom did you top dress with? It's NPK is 3-10-5. You might have used too much.

Reppin the dgc! Lol ;)

Yeah I wouldn't bother flushing cause that's looking like potassium issue how much of that Bloom did u top dress? N how big r ur pots? Cause if it gets worse every watering with plain water it's ur top dress causing the issue
Edit: should scroll to the bottom before posting soz @xtsho :)

Thank you to everyone with suggestions and tips on this issue!

For now, I've decided to dial everything back a bit, and water a bit more between feedings, just to see what happens.

I'll post an update when theres a serious shift one way or the other.. or they make it to harvest

Bottom line and I'm 100% correct here...

Too much P too early!

First off, don't start any more P in bloom till week 3.
Second, use less then you think. P does more to ripen the plant faster then do much for making anything bigger. K does more for bigger yields then P.

At this point there is nothing you can do about it....

Bout it.

Thanks everyone! I really appreciate the responses.

As for the plants? Nothing but pH'd water for a bit, maybe a dose of Recharge. We'll see where that takes them.

This is why I take clones!
Next round will be better!

Its the trouble with those top dressings isn't it? once they are in there they are in there!
Just gotta ride the storm now

Exactly why I pretty much stopped that practice....I mean, you can learn to do it properly. I simply found it easier to use a good old Organic liquid nutrient that I can use at any amount I want - to set NPK where I want) then to make the mistake of "too much" and be stuck with it.

I prefer good old Age Old organic nutrients, for later bloom needs (as the soil begins to fade in some area's of nutrition)...

I've had luck with Vermicrop's top dressings, but this one got away from me fast! I usually feed half of what their chart recommends for the first month of flower, gradually switching from veg to bloom notes, then adjust as needed. Not sure where I went wrong this time.

I may check out Age Old organics.. always good to branch out, try something new. Vermicrop is all I've run, and since I've had acceptable success, I haven't had much reason to change it up.

I think you'll find having some diversity in your organic practice, will add a new range of solution's to problems that may arise.

I kinda wonder if they (Vermicrop) didn't have an imbalance in the mix..This does happen...

It could also be that I'm using older ferts.. I had this stuff leftover from nearly 2 years ago in mason jars. I actually called Vermicrop before starting veg, asked them if there was any exp, they said I should be fine without additional ammendment beyond feed chart.

Makes me wonder now..

Anyone have any experience with Recharge? I'm thinking of using it with the next watering.

Sorry the only experience I've had with recharge is listening to Scotty real on the dude grows show but I use a couple of microbe products that use some of the same microbes and all the other ingredients are well known to be good for growing like kelp, humic n fulvic acids and aminos.
Quite a few well known growers use it and rave about its effectiveness.....i would have tried it by now and expect it would be a mainstay of my regime if it wasn't nearly $85 with shipping for an 8oz where I live but if ur in the US where its 8oz for 30 bucks its probably an excellent addition at a pretty competitive price. I use mykos n azos with mammoth P l8er on but wld probably b able to do away with mykos n azos plus the raw soluble humic n fulvic that I add to my watering. bongsmilie

I do love the organics and the liquids seem to be a lot more manageable.....i have to say tho that if u over do it, its no where near as easy to flush and correct as the salt based synthetics!
