I can't speak for the whole country but in Ottawa even the hardcore homeless here have cell phones or access to them. Also computers. The cell phone might not have minutes to call but there is free wifi all over the city to check email.

If you are sitting upright in the proper driving position, how far us out of reach? Easily fought in court.

Nope, I throw them in a pile with my old batteries and tires and burn them on my front lawn at the end of the year. Hahaha seriously though, I dont go through phones like most people nowadays, thats fucken wasteful and a good way to piss money away on nothing. I mean unless you're into impressing teenagers with snapchat filters lol

LOL, I still have my flip top, works but I have no minutes. I have an I5 that was my camera for awhile. Never felt the need to spend $70+/mo for service. Landline works fine for us.
