Unicorns

Hello,
i have a weird question for you folks-I am looking for cannabis unicorns-the patients that Health Canada says do not exist...like a homeless person. how would they get their meds or even a license.
having cannabis not "readily available' in a vehicle with no trunk-like a motorcycle, smart car...or even a station wagon.
Thank you

Yeah, legalization is for the privileged.

the Rec VS medical isn't what i'm looking for. that's an argument and it wouldn't hold up as an actual "unicorn"
price is and was a problem but how would you put that in as one? we are allowed to grow for ourselves. we also can continue to buy from our current sources. that would be the answer to cost being an issue....then they bring up "compassionate pricing" as another solution.
i don't and won't buy from a LP as pricing is an issue for those sources for myself as well....and then what LP's do to their cannabis is another problem. pesticides and irradiation are not good for people but they are allowed to do those.

Not sure I follow dishes but would the 5 nanogram impaired driving thing count due to any patient that uses cannabis daily basically can not drive with out the fear of impaired charge
i am looking for things that the Government says doesn't exist...like a homeless patient-how do they get their meds? they have to have an address to send meds to.
they say you have to put your meds in the trunk or out of reach of the driver-what if you drive a smart car or motorcycle?
the 5 nanograms is a piss off and they have to prove impairment and haven't yet as they haven't been challenged yet but they will! i would test over that after a week of abstaining. that one is completely ridiculous.

there's NO LP in CANNADA that would have thought up an idea to feed the homeless let alone REAL CLEAN MEDICINE to sick people.
Which they are in court for right now!
Poisoning people is not a practice that will move forwards.
Its already rearing its ugly head for them
The states will shut them down asap when it comes time/.

So how does that work? They don't have to pay? I wonder how they justify not just giving it all for free for those facing hardship. Or is dying of cancer not bad enough?
I'm guessing that some homeless have insurance IE: ex military ect.... That's how they pay for meds.
Some LP offer comapation discounts like 30% off but still not affordable to a lot of Canadians
Cheers
