Does the moon light affect the plants day/night cycle

I was just wondering if the moonlight affects the light cycle, especially if its a full moon & its shining down directly on your plant?

I don't think so.Maybe if you were flowering indoors,then you put it outside to finish flowering.

I always wondered that myself and a wise man told me... how many full bright moons do we have during a grow season? no that many and not every night, so the answer is no!
