and if i move my light closer will it make it hotter worried that the temp is already a little too high
If you're that worried about temps, don't be, 70 is plenty cool enough (assuming that is your read around the top of plants/ light, not on the floor.
If not possible to move that light closer, try getting some CFL's down around the sides.
It will immensely!
Sorry! I meant 'It will HELP immensely'

sorry if i sound a little slow but this is my first time lol i dnt know how to cool it more i have a 125 fan(not sure what it means bought it from hydro shop said 125m on box i think) blowing air from the cold winter inside my light is a 650 sodium and bulb is brand new there is a little fan inside too but that dsnt reli cool them and i have a pipe going around the top of the tent that sucks the air out into my carbon filter when this video uploads u will see what i mean how else can i cool it?

compact florescent bulbs. He is right the light is to far if you're worried about heat add those CFLs around the bottom to get some nodes growing on them plants.

125 is very vague.
If it says 125cfm, that means it can, under optimum conditions move up to 125 cubic feet of air per minute.
If it says 125 mm, that means the size is 125 millimeters.
Don't be mistaken, fans do NOT cool the air, they simply move it.
Bringing in outside air with that much temp difference may end up giving you problems, say for instance you get an unexpected draft directly on the plants while you are away for a few hours.
It would probably be better if you could pull in room temp air from down low close to the floor, circulate it and exhaust it out high near the HPS.
"CFL" means 'compact flourescent light', you know the little twisty ones that screw into a regular light socket?
You want as many watts, or lumens as you can find, usually around 23 actual watts are easily found, and to flower, you want 2700 kelvin, for veg, you want 5000 kelvin or higher (6500).
The kelvin rating is usually printed on the BACK of the package.

to both they have a lot more nodes now im uploading a video showing my intake / outake and fan and light hd close ups of the plants so u can see how they are now that video was days after being put in tent. 2 weeks on from that now just having trouble uploading taking aggggeeesss!
and ahh i know what compact fluorescents are just ddnt know abbreviation and im all spent up now thats why no extra light i have another 650 hps but no ballast yet

How many plants do you have in each container? Never mind, just looked at 2nd video.. lol In the 1st it looked like multiple plants in a container.
Looking good though, be interesting to see how they come out.

my 4x4 grow tent with 7 plants in it stays at around 80F. with 1000 watt light on and i haven't had any issues. move it closer but only if you can keep the temp. the same. you need more air flow for sure though.

I think they look good but they may end up being pretty tall so eventually you might want to top your plants once you get more top colas anyways by topping.

my advice is to get yourself an air cooled hood. im using one for the first time this grow and will never look back. cost me around £50 (im from the uk) off of ebay.
