STOP with the HPS for VEG!

Ive been reading the new posts all day long. ive noticed a bunch of first timers starting with FLOODS, HPS and 2700k cfls. flood = burn , HPS = flowering , 2700k = flowering. i consider myself a first timer in this grow world and even my newb @ss knows to veg with MH. a little advise guys spend a few days on here lookin at pics, listening to experts, hittin up the advanced topics, and USE THE SEARCH to find your topics. most people post and never get replies (ive watched) i must have seen 20 posts within the last 2 days about aerogardens, cfls , when to flower, how long to flower. i am sure most of you vets agree with me on this . it will free up a bunch of garbage on here. thx

one can veg just fine with a hps =]

not everyone wants to pay the 50+ dollars for a MH conversion bulb for they're ballast (i'm just talking 400w here... 1000w are much more expensive)

seperate rigs? thats more money and more stuff...

HPS will grow a plant fine from seed to harvest
so will a MH

they are better in certain departments for sure, but they both kick ass =]

your entitled to your opinion...but those of us that have some harvests under our belt know how to use hps lighting. You can buy all the lights in the world, but if you don't know how to use them properly then your wasting your time. Have fun with your " don't know shit about lighting" class..ill be over here reeping the benefits of correct cannabis growing..:blsmoke:
 
come on now guys. look at yalls setups. im talkin about newbs givin advise to newbs. cali was the one who i first talked to when i started parusing this site. most people have nothing to start with maybe soil and a couple plastic cups. when you start talking about venting , hid lighting and dwc/ebb n flow setups they get confused and all of a sudden you get 40 new posts on here relating to the same topic in one way or another. like ''how long to veg'' or '' how long to keep the lights on ''. some say 24/0 20/4 18/6 yada yada. its personal pref i guess. all im sayin is .. fuck it nevermind. peace
