well you failed to mention your seedling box are they ur 1/4 gallon containers ? if not then i dont see a problem
sprout ur babys in the seed box and its not a bad transplant cause there in there own cubes so just once they've sprouted you can place them in the 1.5 gal for a month or however...
if you have a 400w HPS and a ballast for it thats all u need for flowering thats the cream of the crop lights (HPS) and its pretty ideal 4 plants 100 watts each you can add ur other lights on the side for a bigger harvest

its upto you ,if you have the space for a mother plant then ya but you said you dont have the lights for it so idk maybe if you have friends who grow or clone you can ask them to take care of it til you get the extra light for a mother plant
maybe some B1 vitamins for the plant it helps root shock and just make sure the lights stay on the right cycles its always best to buy a timer for ur lights and u wont ever worry about if there on or not
you should strart from 1.5 for 4 weeks of veg or more if you prefer then when you want to change the times to 12/12 transplant to 3 gallons first to save ur self one less transplant and saves ur plant with less stress

feed ur plant more if you only fed it once then it deffinitely needs nutrients since its over a month old most soils only have enough nutrients to last a month

how olds ur plant you said u only fed her once that can also be the problem if its over a month old you should feed once a week maybe twice so it can also be a nute def
Looks like a light burn to me nute burns start at the tips mainly and the tips of ur smaller leaves should be burned too since there less resistant to burns - tape up any metal anything too shiny that can reflect the light back to ur plant
the pots are two to three gallons on the first of this month i transplanted it into this pots thats when they got new soil

bump anyone else know i think it was the ph i fixed the meter and it read pretty high 7.7 so i added lemon juice to a gal of water now its at 6.5 anyone should i go back to feeding now or just add plain water for a while
