Get some worm castings and guano, both are incredible ferts, they're organic, and they dont attract animals like blood or bone meal. For the bloom nutes, you could probably find somehing similiar and cheaper, but i say fox farm all the way!

The day length is probably still too short. This same thing happened to me and the plant had tO revert to vegging. Itll take a few weeks for the days to lengthen and it revert, and it might stress your plant, but theyll be aite.

Whoever told you the 12/12 cycle doesnt matter is.... WRONG. The plants react to the light change and begin to flower, but if the light goes back to say, 16/8, the plant will revert back to vegging.
