Ok i saw this on a bruce banner plant. I took it to the microscope thinking maybe to find russets but i found this. Its not visable to the naked eye. Only can see it under led lit microscope. Any idea?

I have my t5 pretty close. Within 9 inches. Do you know if all red lights or all blue would be best? The plan is to grow 3 weeks in the cloner with heavy manicuring under a t5. Then transplant to tall 1.3 gal tall tree pots under a 1000w hps.
