i just went to the dr in dallas i went to, stated i had bloating abdominal pain, loose stools, a series of other problems, he marked down some stuff and thats that... you just need a chart note stating you have pain or nausea symptoms.

i had dr chart notes from visits in 07 for stomach stuff... it just stated abdominal pain, nausea and what not.. cannamed sent me to an outside doctor who viewed my paperwork, asked me about my ibs symptoms and signed off on my paperwork.. pretty much if you get a dr appointment, youre getting your papers signed... and the meds here are the best meds in the nation i myself believe.
