Read on forums they're only good for veg on their own but you need additional light source ( MH , HPS and so on ... ) to flower with decent quality . Personally i think it's the way of the future as they're harder to pick up for the choppers and cheaper to run to aswell . If you give it a go...

can you top at the very beginning of flowering ? is it only good for stop vertical growth at that late stage ??

Got 3 girls in a 1mtr x 1mtr tent 2mtrs high . Plants 2ft high and i put them to flower yesterday. Should i top them or is it too late ??

Yes , that's why there's only three . I do work a lot of hours though and have limited time to care for them .

Thank god i,ve got to the bottom of this !! Was pissed they weren't looking the same as everyone else's .

My first grow was like that for a while but seemed to get better as flowering went on .

At least once a day , but i'm feeding every day . Just put them into flower yesterday . Changed to 12/12 and swapped feed .

Hi folks . 2nd timer here . My first plant was really healthy looking but this crop isn't looking great . The colour seems a bit light compared to my last grow and the leaves on the new shoots are very poor looking and the first 1/4 inch is yellow . A lot of the earlier growth is yellowing too...
