Yea dude you need more nutes and u need to use HPS no metal halide. MH great 4 veg and maybe you need to veg longer. I have my PPM in between 500 and 1200 depends on the strain and my PH is 5.7-5.8. What kind of nutes are u using I use Dutch Master and i get some bushy busy plants in my DWC...
