    controller/timer for mini split

    I have a 3 zone mini split but there are no plugs on the indoor units to connect to controllers as I do for dehumidifiers/co2 etc. Any ideas how I can set different day/night temps for two of the three zones without there being a plug?

    Enter The Scrog/Scroggers United Post Page

    Which strains work best with SCROG? SFV, Fire, or Valley Girl OG... Purple Punch and Wedding Cake are the strains I'm interested in running next. Any of those not good for scrog?

    Co2 burners in small rooms

    This is the argument I've seen that I don't see a definitive answer to. I think I'm leaning toward and exhaust for each room, on timers, every so often for lights out. Just seems not fully sealed even with the fan off during the day. Looking for some special damper or something I'm guessing.

    Co2 burners in small rooms

    I'm almost done setting up 8x10 and 12x15 rooms. So far, the rooms are sealed with spray foam insulation, dehumidifiers, and a mini split is installed. I'm trying to figure out how to provide CO2 in the best way possible. I want to use burners, but I'm reading discussions where people have...

    insulating/sealing spaces

    Any ideas on sealing windows while keeping a normal blinds look from the outside? I want it to look normal from the outside. My idea is blinds, black out curtain, build some type of box around that, attach it around the frame of the window. Have it so the wood box/frame sticks out 3-4...

    insulating/sealing spaces

    Thanks for that. Found an electrician, said to have him come back once we brace some of the 2x4's that need it and complete insulation. This was before we decided on spray foam kits or a rental however, I'll let him know to see if that changes the order of things. He mentioned something about...

    insulating/sealing spaces

    So look into renting a spray foam machine.. nice suggestion. Spray foam was what I planned, but didn't seem the places would come for such a small job. Thanks

    insulating/sealing spaces

    What do people place in walls stripped down to the 2x4's before they fill them with insulation? I've worked with tents in the past but have a couple rooms stripped down trying to figure out what's next. It's an old place and I see lil bits of light creeping in through the slats. Wanna seal...

    using 2 tents question

    So the carbon filter is just to remove smell then... I thought it was to clean/purify the air going into the space, and thought it was important to have a fan/filter setup for intake. Sounds like that's not the case, opening one of the flaps is much easier. Well I already have the second...

    using 2 tents question

    Thanks, Ok, so I can take the fan/filter sitting outside my flower tent (in the pic) currently used as intake for flower tent... and move it to inside the veg tent for it's outtake... then have passive intake on both tents?

    using 2 tents question

    I want to add a 4x4 veg tent to my grow room after recently finishing my first grow, so in a couple of months I can get some plants ready to flower when my new grow finishes. Do I need a fan/filter combo on both intake and outtake for the veg tent? Have a flower tent with a fan/filter combo...
