well i have used a dome in the past... then tried it without one for a while. i am back to the dome. i think you have more percentage for your clones to take.
i would suggest cleaning your room really well. And i would suggest your ph being at 6.5.

you need the humidity til roots show. i think your light is too close... i know your light is too close. roots need humidity more than strong light. it should be atleast 18 inches from dome. i think thats your problem.
