Ok so to start with I'm willing to spend some money from my summer job. I have a 2' x 6 ' empty closet so I figure 5 plants would leave enough room for flowering. Probably going to veg grow with 2 FLs and 2 CFLs close to the plants if that sounds good, and then I'm thinking of buying this 400w...
